SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated shipping time:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

At this time, Salty Seashirts only ships within the United States.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your gear.

If something isn’t right, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in original condition.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item you would like to return or exchange
  • Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some products are released in limited runs or seasonal drops. If an item sells out, it may not be restocked.
